About Us
We are driven by industry experts and seasoned engineers from the medical device sector. For the past five years we have built up a full range of custom-made orthotics for practically every shoe type. We have sourced the best quality top cover materials from all over the world, and offer a full comprehensive custom-made orthotic service. Our whole manufacturing process is based on CAD CAM technology reconigised now as leading process for custom orthotic manufacture. Out technology allows us to manufacture from a wide range of moulds, Plaster Casts, Biofoam impressions, slipper socks, and 3D Foot Scans. Soon we will be incorporating gait scan analysis to our process.
Technology
We manufacture using the Sharp Shape™ CAD CAM System, Which allows us to scan Plaster Casts, Biofoam Boxes and receive foot scans emailed directly to our lab.Over a million orthotic devices have been produced from Sharp Shape™ systems world wide.
